Returning VATSIM members who have been marked as Inactive for not connecting to the network can now reactivate their accounts instantly using our new Self-Reactivation tool which can be accessed through the following page:
Once the user has entered his/her CID and clicked “Lookup” they will see something like this:
Under rating we can see that the user is marked as Inactive, with the option to Reactivate by clicking “here”. Having done so, the member will be asked to confirm his/her email address. So long as this is entered correctly, on clicking “Reactivate” the user will be informed that this has been successful and their account will be active once again.
